At first I was very skeptical of buying a rug on Amazon. My fiance had been searching for months and finally narrowed it down to just a few. For the price, this seemed like a great deal. So, I took a chance and emailed my concerns to IMS and they replied very very quickly and suddenly I was no longer nervous. They even sent pictures of the actual rug unrolled in the stockroom so I could see more detail. Every question I asked was answered! Lots of praise for them!

As far as the quality of the rug, it is VERY good! It is very soft, and the detail is sharp. There are additional colors in the rug that weren't as obvious in the pictures, but it looks nice. She's happy with it, so I'm thrilled.

It's now been a few months and it's held up just fine to daily vacuuming and a 2 year old toddler who just loves playing on it.
