We bought this set mainly because we liked the colors. We thought that it was fabric that looked like imitation leather, but: it actually feels like a heavy leather cover! And also the backside of the pillows are the same material. The frontside is a beautiful heavy tapestry fabric, southwestern style. We did not end up using it because we live in Florida and we got "stuck" on the material when sitting on it for a while (we never really liked leather for that reason). It felt like the skin couldn't breathe being on it and we wanted something more like a heavier fabric. The reason we gave it 5 stars because you actually get way more than what you pay for! Also, it is very easy to put on with a 3 sided zipper. If you love leather, this one is for you!
