We stayed at Seattle's Edgewater Hotel and they had a bear footrest in front of the easy chair. We loved this experience so much that we wanted a bear foot rest for our home! This is a very cute foot rest / stuffed bear. The bear has a cute face without looking cartoonish. It weighs about 9 lb. and the fur is super soft. There is sturdy support for the bear's torso and the legs so you can safely put your feet on the bear's back without worrying about it collapsing on you. Note, the head and neck are not supported like the rest of the body. Hence, you cannot rest your feet there as the weight may cause the head to droop. The other nit is the word "Dritz" was stitched on the right ear. It would have been nicer without the logo. Regardless, my kids love Grizzly so much that they took him to sleep in their room. Now, it has become both a toy and a foot rest!
