This product came flawed, nick in the lid. It was packaged very well, so this flaw was at the manufacturing level (China). I bought it from Wayfair and contacted them regarding this. I was told they would send me a replacement lid.

Apparently, the company required the entire product be returned, and by the time I received this information, I had thrown the packaging away.

Long story short, Wayfair did give me a 10% credit off the product, I do appreciate that they worked with me.

As to the product itself, my husband cooked our Easter ham in it (as I had to work). He loved it, it is very heavy, holds heat well and Trivet is very sturdy with gripping feet.

I like the elegant look, and the handles make it easy to move which is a major plus as heavy as it is. It looks good on the table.
