These are new, 29 inch, chrome, specialty barstools. They have footrests and a swivel seat. The seat is made of a turquoise vinyl. The sides of the seat have nice metal work and there are feet protectors on the bottom of each leg. These are great for kitchen or shop, or spread around a game room or patio setting. The barstools in the picture may have been edited to show a realistic picture on the stool the way they will look when they have been made. The padding on the seat is 13 1/8" in diameter. It is also 1 3/4" in height.

This item looks awesome online. I have a retro kitchen and they seemed like the perfect fit. I am a little leery of buying things like this online that you sort of need to see in person prior to purchasing. However, I couldn't find anything like these anywhere else, so I thought I'd give it a shot. Unfortunately, they are much brighter in person than they appear online. They don't match my decorations at all.

I thought I might try the same stool in a different color but the company was very hard to work with. They clearly do not want me to return the stools, even if it meant I would buy a different set. They are going to charge me shipping to return this set, shipping for a new set (even though they would just send the colored tops) and also a restocking fee on top of all of that. It will cost me nearly $50 to exchange them for a different color that I might not even like. That's a pretty risky (and steep) investment.
